I think part of the route creeps into northern TN.

I'm definitely not one to judge, since I've barely wheeled outside of Wisconsin... and... said "wheeling" has pretty much consisted of gravel roads in Iowa where I've seen minivans passing through.

But, there's definitely some value in getting out of your comfort zone.

My problem is that I am also splitting vacation time with fishing, camping, and visiting Florida. I just can't rationalize taking a full week off of work for wheeling.

Was shooting for Toyota Jamboree in May, but I've got a wedding that weekend

Was supposed to be on KenTWucky25 but the ex is being ... The ex.

Did some wheeling in Arkansas two years ago. Really want to go back, but having a hard time getting people from here to go.

Gona start replanning my MoAB trip from 2020 when Andy and I turned 30 and had planned on going out there.

This is the 5th annual big (week plus) trip in a row for me. Not sure next year can happen since the wife lost her job/career/college. Who knows where I may be next year. Sharon has been looking all through Appalachia, Arkansas and places where I don't have to shovel snow (although she has drawn the line at the desert southwest where I really want to be...) I live just too far north for Wyalusing to make sense after just being in KY.

At some point I'd like to finish what we weren't able to do the last time.

Same, to an extent. Well, maybe 50/50 between new and old...

I'm just more interested in being surrounded by water than rocks and mud. I truly enjoy exploring woods. But, when I'm solo, I gravitate towards fishing and floating.

I also love returning to places that I really like. My impromptu camping trips are usually a mix of revisiting places I've been and exploring new spots.

There is something about not knowing what is around the next corner-what challenge is unseen ahead. The beauty of a repeat is you can find more cool stuff and revisit that what is worth seeing again. I just like being outside doing fun stuff with like minded people. Alone is fine too, just more work when you get stuck...
