Yeah, if you specifically want more capacity for running accessories, and are willing to do what's necessary to keep it charged, they're nice. I just was a bit shocked to see mine at only 12.1 volts on Sunday. I'm sure I'll get a good life out of it if I start taking proper care of it.

I guess my point was that they're probably not worth the extra money for a lot of people who buy them.

Awesome!! It will be great to have you along!

Hell yeah! Wyalusing, the ridge. We're piling up along the bluff towards the shelter, sites 144 - 155. The sites on the north side of the road are on the bluff. Great scenery!

I'm not sure what is still available, but it could be worth checking if anyone has room left on their site. There's probably a few that only have one occupant.

Don’t forget you need a 2023 Wisconsin State Park Sticker or you can do a daily pass.

Annual park stickers can be purchased online or at the park office assuming it is staffed on the arrival date.

Also, there's a new brewery right by my place in Wauwatosa: https://lionstailbrewing.com/

I was thinking, once the weather is decent, we could make a day of it and do a mod day at my place (I'd have room for 2-3 trucks comfortably), followed by a food truck dinner and beers at the brewery - it's about 4 blocks away. Or, just do another brewery visit.

Let me know if this would be of interest to anyone.

That's what I'm here for, the mods and the gear.
I'd be down for hanging out down south. Like I really need an excuse to spend money on my truck.:spending:

As long as the timing works I'm interested in a mod day. I can help turn wrenches, help drink beer, or both.

Think I'm the furthest out on 144, but room for another.

I think we might have one on 142. Whoever is on 143 is going to be surrounded by Toyotas! :D

I'm all for it! I don't have any bolt on mods planned in the near future but I would certainly lend a hand to help someone else with theirs..

The whole place is gonna be surrounded by Toyota vehicles. I’m still waiting on a birthday party confirmation (it’s his 1st) but my daughter-in-law is trying to decide that weekend or the next. I told my wife if I don’t hear anything by New years I’m booking a site and chance listening to years of “ you missed his 1st birthday party grandpa!” Oh well !

Looks like it’s going to be a great Trans Wisconsin Adventure Trail trip!
I’m looking at the electric sites 102/103/105/107 & 147 now that are nearest the shelter.

Small lift, slightly oversized tires, well...
I can turn wrenches also, no beers for me but I can talk stupid.

edit: Hoping to order sliders and maybe additional skids by mid-Jan.
