What time Saturday morning are planning on starting? I will have about a 50-minute ride in the morning to East Twin.

 

Just a couple days away and looking at the forecast; might be a little cold at night.

 

Forcast calls for good sleeping temperatures.
It's cold when you wake up and all your water is frozen.

Friday should be fun... Take something thats a mess when dry and add water. The moss covered rock face at the top should be interesting...

I always kept a small water bottle in the foot of my bag so I at least had that in the morning lol

 

It's supposed to be in the 40's, so I don't think it should be a problem.

I always carry a Thermos, and fill it up before going to bed. Sometimes the lid ices up a little, but that's about it.

I have two stoves. When it freezes i just have to remember to fill every thing before bed. The Moab crew knows...

 

Well, I'm finally ready to hit the road! It's going to be a late night if I actually make it to East Twin.

I'm mostly loaded up to head out in the morning. Should be there early afternoon. @Thatbassguy are you still bringing your kayak?

I was back and forth on it until the last minute. But, I can always have it and not use it. Actually, I was planning on camping in the 4Runner until today. Last minute I decided I would rather be comfortable than cozy, lol.
