Is it weird that every time we type REI the site turns it into a link to their website? Are they a sponsor or partner here? Has REI hacked this thread?

Got everything that needs to be charged plugged in. Tomorrow night I'll do the permethrin treatment on my tent, boots and some clothes. Grocery grab on Thursday and I'm all set.

 

Mine is always half packed.

Doing laundry and getting my GMRS license squared away. I'll load up tomorrow evening so I can take off right after work on Thursday.

 

In all honesty, storms might be fine if they're not severe. We're going to have to keep our eyes on the weather and just work around it.

Wunderground is forecasting less than 1/8” of roan each day. That’s about enough to keep the dust down. I’m being cautiously optimistic.

Well, if more than a little rain is expected that may change my camping gear plan a bit... will have to keep an eye on that.

Thanks for the reminder on the GMRS license. Looked at that a week or so ago, just finished up the application and such now. Now I'm good for 10 years.

I usually get to work around 8ish, browse the inter webs for about an hour, until everyone else shows up. Then I spend 15 minutes doing work stuff, unless we are really busy, then it’s half an hour. Then I putz around for half hour or so, then browse the web again for deals on stuff I can’t afford anyways. Then it’s lunch time. I come back after eating and a 45 min nap, browse the web a bit more, then check to see if everyone is busy working. I’m guessing there’s a fair chance I can leave when you do.
