Stock trucks do AMAZING things all the time. Use a spotter and learn/know your limits. A stock truck will do more than 99% of us are willing to do with no damage. I on the other hand am not afraid of a little damage, so...

Don't bother with the 33's go straight to 35's-you'll thank me in the morning!

That's what I'm here for, the mods and the gear.
Absolutely! Though my my factory front skid had a boulder sized imprint when I sent it "too" hard

Oh yeah, add a regear to my wish list, especially if I go to 35s (or 40s).

I've been continuously surprised at what my stock Tacoma can do, even in 2wd...

Everything but paying for it. Wife does not think it's necessary. Hmmm.

People definitely underestimate the stock capabilities.

there’s also plenty of people out there that end up making their vehicles LESS capable with cheap mods or going over the top and adding a ton of weight, less articulation, etc

I have the 2Lo mod... that will blow your mind! I mostly use it for the boat ramp at my lake place as it is a tight turn and steep dirt.

    Guys,

I added a poll about a possible brewery meet up in mid December. I know it's short notice, and I already know that @BookieBob is busy on the 17th. But, I figured I'd see how many people would be interested in the Sunday instead.

I was checking out "Second Salem" as a possible option. I'm trying to find a spot that's between the S/E corner and Madison, so everyone in the area can make it. I'm also open to something a little north of 94 so the Green Bay/FDL area members wouldn't have to drive so far.

If you're interested, cast a vote, and post a reply here with the area you're coming from, and if you have any suggestions for a location.

We'll be coming back from Chicago on the 18th so if the timing works and the meeting spot isn't too far out of the way on the way back to Sheboygan might beable to pop in.

Interested but unsure yet. My wife has surgery on the 13th, so we will see how things go.

WRONG! I lost a mud flap in Tigerton. I was so traumatized by the incident I had to buy a new set of mud flaps and a complete suspension lift kit. Stupid mud flap...

Small lift, slightly oversized tires, well...
Just tell her "everyone else is doing it..." :boink:

    Yeah, that should work.

Or maybe: "Dan's wife said he should and then go out to Moab since he's spending that much..."

    :rofl::rofl::rofl::thumbsup:

I agree with this my truck is basically stock and I have not had any issues except some pin strips which a lift and bigger tires won't prevent. Yes, I am over it. I would be interested in the Lowden run as it is only about 61 miles from my house.
