Wisconsin area events, parking lot parties and social gatherings

That's not surprising. It was almost closed years ago for similar reasons.

Unfortunately the groups are probably not the ones doing the damage, so it might not remedy the problem.

I'd be interested in more information.

Although coming from a big cruiser, gravel and sand makes me nervous. It'd be good practice

 

My bike is mildly allergic to things that are not pavement.

 

After a few miles you’ll be fine.

I got good in a hurry having to ride 5 miles of it every time I wanted to ride

Here's what appears to be a municipal lot or something in Lansing. Could meet there

 

You could also do the the driftless area visitor center or the big gravel lot at the baseball field that’s right around the corner from the gas station

 

It's the parking lot for the church across the street.

There are a bunch of boat ramps near there. Wee could meet at one..
