    Weld looks nice.

If you did do anything on that last trip it may of been going up the rocky hill on Saturday. You did kinda give it a little, aka send it mode.

HA! I can think of lot's of goodies you can still buy ;)

That's a good looking weld. I find welding so satisfying, watching the puddle flow.

Chaeck you alignment cam tabs, they could be bent and your caster/camber can move around. Mine were bent a little and the cams were making noises as they hit back and forth. Was able to bend them back and I also installed the Marlin Crawler LCA frame brace kit.

Thanks to both, and yeah whatever ails my poor truck was all my doing I'm sure. Cam tabs are my first thought, just need time to put it up on some jack stands. Driveshaft U joints / center support are also not feeling happy, I think it's finally time I service those and correct my pinion angle with some shims. Just need to get this silly little Honda out of my garage to make room lol.

Are the drive shafts the same on 2nd/3rd gen auto/manual. I have my stock drive shaft with 17,000 miles on it. Only thing is the short section of shaft was shortened for my crawl box, but ended up going one piece. Support bearing, rear section, and u joints like new to part out. Give you a I'm moving and need it gone deal if interested.

If it's a cam tab you can use your welding skills to fix it.
The place I take my truck bent one of my tabs. I told them to fix it and put a weld bead on it. They put a weld bead on all the cam tabs.

Oooh I totally forgot about that, good call. Guess I have 2 reasons now to buy a welder (and no monies to get one, booo).

Hmm I wonder how much they pay for blood plasma or a black market kidney nowadays...

Doing some "off-roading" with @Pixeltim and @McSpazatron this evening! It's a perfect evening for a boat ride. :D

Question for yall. So I am just now getting around to getting my windows tinted. I need to do the whole thing sense my truck has no tint or privacy glass at all. I was assuming it was going to cost around 250-300. I got a quote and its around 550 for carbon and 900 for ceramic. I know carbon is for looks and ceramic actually gets you heat rejection which is what I prefer. I am not wanting to spend 900 for a full tint, what do you guys think it should cost

Yea 900 sounds insane. Unless prices tripled for some odd reason, I’d have also guessed about 300.

Here in Kenosha I only let this place called New Wave touch my stuff. They did my fronts with 20% ceramic to match the rears two years ago. Cost was $120. Give them a call or find a different shop closer to home.

Don’t tell me these things, I’m poor for the moment!

I’d like to see video of anyone in this R&B ensemble actually trying to run or jog. :bananadead:

Serious though hide your daughters, The Mendota Boat Boys are comin!

Well......got in my truck this morning to head to work and my passenger floor mat had a large puddle. It rained pretty hard last night. I did some quick research in the work parking lot and they said it's your cowl leaking if your cabin filter is wet. It was dry so it's not that. Do you guys think it's the new windshield or is there something else I should be checking?

Do you have a sunroof? The drain may be blocked up. I don't have one but I've seen this problem talked about a few times.
