Cheese curds and Old Milwaukee.

 

I almost instinctively dry-heaved when I read that. I drank a lot of Old Milwaukee for a short period of my life. NOT one of the finer beers.

Although, I have had worse... Mountain Creek comes to mind

 

I'm starting to wish I did. Trailer blew a tire about an hour before I hit Chicago, then totally separated from the frame at the axle on one tire. But I made it! Unfortunately I'm not going to make it tomorrow, hoping to organize enough stuff that the lady can fit her car in the garage. I'd definitely be down for a beer in Milwaukee/surrounding area sometime this week, though!

As far as beers in the Milwaukee area; There was some discussion last year about hitting a beer garden sometime. Maybe we should do that soon.

I vote yes! Headed up north for some camping this weekend, but any night this week or next week works for me!

 

This week and next week I’m busy with family events and everything but after the 4th I’ll find time for a beer.

It was nice meeting you guys. Lots of fancy trucks down there. I come to realize I need wider tires lol, not for function but for 'the look'.

 

I stopped at the Potosi recreation area on my way to the brewery. If anyone's doing a group run up the T.W.A.T this would be a great spot to take photos and get out of the truck and walk around.
