It’s upcoming. It’s in the latest beta version of Photoshop. This is the first time I’ve tried it. It’s both cool as hell and scary as hell at the same time.

I don't have any AI magic to share but few things that I've been busy with lately, things taking time away from sweet sweet Tacoma mods. Welding class going well except instructor shared the book link to everyone but me and I'm like the only one in "beginner" GMAW. I'm mostly faking it until I can really read the textbook and know what I'm doing but getting better each week and more consistent. 1G butt weld 30° bevel on 1/4", 2 passes so this is the cap. It's probably a little cold and missed a couple spots but the root pass was better and if I ran it again no doubt I could do better. Considering I've never touched a welder before 3 weeks ago I can live with it.

    20230524-buttWeld-01.jpg

Towed with the Taco for the first time. Little U-Haul trailers pull like nothing is even there. Only took two cam straps, slapped the top and said "ain't going nowhere", and drove the long and arduous 3 miles back home.

    20230526-tacoHarborFreightPickup-01.jpg

Thanks to Home Depot being a bag of dicks and destroying my original box, I ended up with the new Harbor Freight Series 3 72" in grey (thanks again to @Tim v for the coupon!). Going to replace ye olde Craftsman triple stack aka everyone's first toolbox back in the 90's. Can't wait to be able to find my tools again, my garage is an effin disaster right meow.

    20230530-hfNewToolbox-01.jpg

And...I may or may not have fully lost my goddamn mind and bought another car (don't worry my name isn't Larry so no trade-ins LOL). Say hello to the new go-kart, a 2010 Honda CR-V EX-L with 160k on the clock. Looks cleaner than it is, needs some TLC but I can fix her. Purpose is to be a backup/commuter vehicle so I can do more mods on the Taco and still go to work. It's also an admission that my Jeep will will take longer to get road-worthy again and the death of all optimism on that front. Oh well.

    20230529-HondaCRV-FirstPhotos-01.jpg

And now I'm broke-ish and can't afford too many big mods for a while so I'll go back to lurking in the shadows and dreaming of future vendor sales. Bearpaw is only a week away?! Time is flying, make it slow down!

I have made two different iterations of a rear swing away and liked neither because they were hard to see around; thus, the tire in the rack...

The camera definitely has some cool features. But, my last one was a glitchy POS.

Nice! I see a few items missing.

Lmao! I need a jacket like that!

Thanks! Only thing I don’t like so far is the rubber top, it has some weird yellow residue on it possibly to prevent rusting of the box top during transport. But otherwise compared to my old craftsman this thing has so much room for activities. More than anything I’m just excited to have a drawer wide enough to fit my 1/2” torque wrench. Definitely feels sturdy, getting it off the trailer myself was easier than I thought but any passers by watching probably thought I was nuts lol.

HF? How long is it good for? I'd like to get a small cart for the welder if it'll work for that, but won't be able to get there until Friday.

Small lift, slightly oversized tires, well...
Since there was some interest, here's what I have for my camp power setup. Hopefully, it will be connected and working for Bear Paw.

    Power Station: https://kickassproducts.com/collect...h-integrated-25a-dc-dc-charger-no-agm-battery
    Power Station wiring kit: https://kickassproducts.com/products/kickass-premium-plug-play-dc-dc-wiring-kit
    Connector for solar connection: https://kickassproducts.com/collections/wiring/products/50a-high-currents-anderson-style-connector
    Flexible solar panel (100w): https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BJJYZJ5X?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details
    Extension cables for solar: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0753ZLLQB?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details
Vinyl base to mount solar panel: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07PQF5S1F?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details
    And lastly, the battery: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B075RFXHYK?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details

This should get me plenty of charging whether I'm driving or parked, provided it's even somewhat sunny.

Thought I had the mystery dash noise solved... but, nope. The tin foil shield between the cat and the floor was loose and making a similar noise. Thought I had it. Oh well, the search continues.
