Uhhh... We're putting cover sheets on our TPMS reports now. So, if you could just go ahead and make sure to put cover sheets on your TPMS reports from now on, that'd be great. Oh, and, I'll go ahead and make sure to resend that memo.

We're definitely overdue. I wonder what kind of Octoberfest stuff they're going to be doing down there.

True story, it was little design features like these that made me choose the Tacoma over the Colorado or the Ranger.

Aww, who am I fooling. The dash on the last gen Colorado was hideous so I wasn't going to buy one unless it was a super deal. Plus those low hanging rear shocks, low spare tire......

Doing an oil change on Colorado is a comical nightmare. Half the engines got to come out just to get to the stupid air filter. It's pretty much a crime how poorly designed they are. And they ride like a box of bricks.

Well, well, well! I’m going on the 24 through the 25th with a buddy. He’s got a rubicon and he just upsized a bit to 285/70 17s. They rub on stock wheels…(what the heck, I thought 35s were supposed to bolt-on for jeeps…lol). We’re bringing hammers and a grinder to sort it out.

How long you guys gonna stick around on Sunday? Perhaps we could sit for a spot of tea and crumpets before you go?

Cool man maybe we will see you there! No idea yet when I’m leaving or what I’m doing next, just playing it by ear. I think Pat was planning to leave in the morning, Dan is joining in now too but not sure on his plans.

If you get there early enough (9 ish???) I can have food waiting... and coffee. Or rather than eat a quick run in the woods... I need to be out by 10ish I think to get to Rice Lake in time; however, there are two games so who says I need to be there for the first one?????

    Wait, don't you work????

That is FANTASTIC! Spontaneous Wisconsin Taco run! Now if the den of iniquity (palace I mean...) and the wizard of mixology showed up it would be sealed! Who has the sign???

Well we made it to the new AZ house on Thursday afternoon. What a long trip! We kinda followed the same traveling agenda as the March Moab trip. We camped every night on the way. Stayed in the same campground in Iowa, they even upgraded us to a cabin because it was raining.

In CO stayed at North Sterling State Park. Which was very nice.

The camp cook was OK, but no @pearing replacement lol
    20230912_064451.jpg

    Then to Moab
    20230912_151410.jpg

Parked the Junk at the same group campsite in Moab as in March.

At least it wasn't snowing and thank God for the shelter on that site!
    20230912_173227.jpg

Did get the truck off the trailer in Moab but we only went down Long Canyon and Gemini Bridges trails, because we spent most of the day at Arches National Park.

Still working on getting the house organized, but did test out the pool and hot tub with cocktails.

On Tuesday there is a meetup at a brewery with some of the AZ crew. Hoping to make it to that and meet some of the locals.

last night. The reds are brake lights only. We need to figure out how to connect them. The tail lights are a right/left circuit, not a brake/blinker circuit. When I hit the right blinker, they both blinked, but the brake lights worked.
