I have had a mixed experience with this. The worst thing so far has been the SOS skids, but I had assumed it was just due to SOS being in the process of going into the crapper at the time.

Did someone say DIY? I’m a fan.

PS - Everyone learn from my mistakes, don’t build major projects in the week before you leave on a trip. Procrastination sucks sometimes.

Dang that's a great deal. I have stage 2 and if I wanted just a touch more lift / had a little more payload I'd be on those. Y'all dudes with 3" lifts and still rocking add-a-leafs should consider making a drive over there.

Okay so yeah the issue is the things that slide in are to narrow. Oem ones are 1 3/16” about and the Alpharex ones are 1” and that is the different between it working and not working. I am going to call them again and see if I just got a pair with incorrect tab spacing and they send me a new one or if they let me cut them without voiding warranty which I doubt they’d let me.

Seems a bit premature. But, on the other hand, I'll bet there is a retail store somewhere putting up Christmas decorations already.

I’m getting deja vu to last year…two days before Tigerton/road trip, installing power system, way behind schedule…time is a flat circle. But at least in v2.0 I have a bit more going on…

The whole gang I previously mentioned is coming with me. I learned from last time and am already 90% packed. If everything goes smoothly on Friday we should be rolling in around 8pm.

Radios are all charged up. I'm impressed that the Baofeng I left out in the rain at our last outing is still working. Just have to top off my lights, pack clothes, and get food loaded up on the day of.

She also surprised me with a table so I wouldn't have to lug around our old folding one. It's definitely more compact.
