@Cipher94 suggested the possibility of checking this out on Sunday, the 10th, the day after the Potosi/T.W.A.T shindig.

    I'm interested. Anyone else?

No details yet, just seeing if anyone else is interested..:)

On the highway today my secondary air pump took a chit by Portage throwing my truck into limp mode. Limped it all the way to Madison after getting the codes read at the Chevy dealer in Portage.
Toyota was open till five but they can’t get at it till Monday. So they gave me another Tacoma as a loaner. Extended warranty will come into play here.
The worst part will be having to drive back down after it’s fixed to bring the loaner back.

Z7 you should have been out tonight deer were moving. That was the whole purpose of my trip. Seen several doe’s and 4 bucks. Son seen a couple small 8’s and a shooter ten that came in at last light.
Ground blinds were a savior tonight.

Lucky in here all day and then stop to visit the LT and medics at the station via invite. Pretty stoked since our FD is pretty locked up and exclusive.
Gotta break my bow back out, not hunting with it this year because I'm still new to archery and need to refine skills a bit more to make a clean kill. It's on my list though! Can't wait for gun season, the land I get to use has a decent amount of deer for down around the Madison area.

Do you know where the trails in the video are? I've been on most of them at one point or another. Several of them are just dead ends that a car could drive. I love how they call everything a 'trail' even though it already has a name. The only one I couldn't find was Ranch Rd but I think I know the area. I might be more inclined to do these than the Iowa section of the TWAT.

I haven't really looked into it that much yet. I'm thinking about joining the "road legal 4wd" website to get access to their maps.

Unfortunately, they charge $50/ year for full access, and to be able to join them on their rides. I'm reluctant because of this. There's some post on their website about catching people driving on their "private" trails. I'm curious how that works. If the trails are on public land, then they wouldn't be private. So, I'm just curious about what's really going on there.

If you know where the roads in the video are, I'd love to have you along. I'm going to watch the video again and try to map out a route otherwise.

The video has the QR in the corner and all that does is link to the info on their website, which isn't that helpful without a membership. All the roads in the video are public and on public land, mostly along the Lower Wisconsin River. They visit the old ammo depot at Sauk Prairie and go up the road to Baxters Hollow and to Ferry Bluff etc.
The Ranch Rd is the unknown but I doubt it's private.

I found the old ammo depot on the map. I think I'll watch again and see if they should the map of each area like they did there.

We can figure out a good route I'm sure. Pretty much every road in that part of the state is beautiful!
