    Anyone in Madison know where I can either get an aal or ride-rites installed this week?

    Just installed 2 new shop heaters this weekend. I've got a warm shop but fucked up my back in the process. I'd probably be no help at the moment

    that’s exactly what I needed, a warm shop. I was hoping to get this fine before the Christmas trip this coming weekend.

    now yer talking my language.

    @Mattynokes, do you already have the AAL ordered? Otherwise I think my icon one+stock leaf pack is still hanging out at the shop. I can grab it if you want.

    I haven’t ordered it yet. I am so clueless when it comes to suspension. Which one is it and what will it do to my truck?

    It's just a standard leaf pack with an Icon AAL. It would give you a few inches of lift I'd guess, however it is pretty beat on from my tent/bumper on it all the time. Let me see if it still exists at the shop though. Otherwise, I'd say check out headstrong or someplace for either a replacement leaf pack or an AAL, depending on how much weight you have in the back.

    Do you guys suggest an aal over having airbags installed?
    I don’t mind getting a little lift out of it but that’s not my intention. I have a shell on my truck and carry a 4 bike rack often. I want to lift that rear end from sag from that stuff as well as when we pack the bed with camping gear or traveling gear. Suggestions?

    If you go with an AAL and nothing in front, you may have to deal with potentially significant rake

    It sounds like airbags might be a good option for you. Firestone makes some very reasonably priced kits. I was planning the same thing when I had my Taco.

    Here's a link to a kit similar to what I was looking at.

    I agree with James, it sounds like air bags would be better.

    Do you guys know if anyone in town carries them? Right now it seems like ordering them online won’t help if I want to install on Friday.

    @Cipher94

    cobalt blue pearl it looks like ... i 'may have' been sporting that color if it would've been on the lot in SR5 trim at the time, also in MT, that was a must so they only had black iirc from that long ago
