    My condolences.
Those things you picked up from him are how he lives on.

Very sorry to hear this, James. When I lost my father a few years ago it was pretty rough for me, and I still think about him every day. Like Brian said above, he lives on in you.

I am just getting to know a little about my fellow Wisconsinites by reading these threads. Always a difficult moment to hear when someone loses family.
Sorry to hear about the loss of both your dad and someone who shares my passion in fishing.

    Regards,
    John

My deepest condolences on the passing of your father. As someone who recently lost a parent I know how rough it can be. It is good to hear that you and your brothers were able to be with him during his last hours and had a chance to say goodbye.

So up north has been a bit less than winter like. That said the big lake still has some winter in her. Chequamegon bay is frozen better than a Zamboni could do right now. Haven’t seen like this in years. Talked my daughter into a starlight skate…

    Nice Nite 2 seater iceboat!
If we ever get good ice in Madison, I plan to take Stoney for a spin.

Wondered when you were going to say hi. A friend went out in that boat yesterday. When I get home I’ll see if I can find the video he did with his drone
