You just have to raise them that way. I’m fortunate that I didn’t need to kick my two boys in the butt too much to get them that way. lol.

Small lift, slightly oversized tires, well...
On yesterday's TWExpress run, I filled with gas in FDL and then again when I got back to Appleton. 331 miles and 17.1 gallons, 19.3 MPG - mostly at 65-70 MPH. I haven't seen those numbers since the mods started. I'm happy I went with skinnies.

    So. Many. Stickers.
    Without quoting everyone.... Lol

    Amsoil is good.

Got a "new" guy at work. I gave him two months. After that, I started writing shit up that he was screwing up, IF it was stuff we had talked about and gone over and he was basically not listening or being lazy. And I've told an adjacent department a hundred times, that I always leave things the way I want them to be, because if I'm the next guy working on (whatever it is) and it's left sloppy, I'ma be mad.

Uh.... I had other things to say. It's hot.

Slow tf down in work zones.

    Mtn dew > coffee :D

    There, think I covered it

I usually bulk order when I know I have a big service coming up. I even order just a bit more to mitigate spills and top-offs down the road. I have an account with slightly discounted rates if you ever need anything :spending:

Edit: It's not much but I've ordered enough to make it count

AMSOIL gear oil is good stuff. Everyone always says how East Coast Gear suggests 85w140 dinosaur oil but if you read their site the only other one they recommend is AMSOIL. I've got plenty of Blackstone tests to show it works too.

Also like Cisco I subscribe to the preferred super dee duper special member club. It's usually worth it for what you save as long as you buy a couple batches of product. I use their grease, engine oil, gear oil, and I'm going to switch to their ATF soon too so for me it's a net savings.

PS - I don't care who it riles up to say I like AMSOIL. I'd buy AMSOIL underwear if they made them, call me captain fanboi.

PPS - There should've been quoted posts in there but apparently I suck at the internet today. Use your make believe that I quoted stuff.

Problem is @pearing is a teacher. He has to work with what he gets.
We feel his struggle where I’m at too. When we hire someone very young in addition to the job duties we need to teach them how to work as well. Things like just because you are on a bench job doesn’t mean that it’s time to watch a movie on your phone.

I can understand that, I think we all see similar things at work with young and old adults.

I've got nothing to add to today's conversation.
So, with that being said I'm going to take my ball and bat and go home.

I got a start to the multiday cleaning process after my trip. The Colorado dust was not actually that bad to clean up. Since I was basically sucking dust all week from my buddy’s jeep, I decided to start today off with an engine bay clean up. Nothing fancy, just water, a terry cloth towel, and time. Mmmm, so worth it. IMG_5192.jpg

Gonna post up some of my favorite pics from the trip a little bit later. The trip was a fricken blast! Full of scenery, adventure, and the type questionable decision making that can only happen when taking a trip with an old buddy lol

The squeeze bags make it super easy. I just order mine direct. I pay for the membership and easily offset that cost in savings
