Cutting creme you say? I think I need to look into this before I start polishing the paint on the truck. I have the factory paint pen but if there is a better way to apply and level the touch up paint I need to know.

The Silverado has a 35 gal. tank. Kimm'r and I made it 10 1/2 hours once on a true non-stop without peeing. I'd never had the gas gauge down that far before and had 3 gals. left. There is no way we could it make it that far now.

Can anyone recommend a place to camp near Spring Green?

I plan on putting the kayak in the Wisconsin River tomorrow morning and doing some exploring and fishing and possibly camp on an island tomorrow night. But, I think it might be too late to do the Island camping thing tonight, so I thought I'd figure out a backup plan.

Tower Hill State park. Possibly Governor Dodge state park if Tower Hill is full. If they are both full, come camp on my shoreline!

Oh great winch wizards, when using a winch in the rear, is it feasible to use the brake controller plug-in....pull a few unused pins on the plug if necessary?
It's 12V wired with what appears to be 10ga.
There's a 25A towing fuse and a 30A towing tail fuse under the hood.

True, but a lot of parks have non reservable sites.

Found a .pdf of the Badland spec sheet.

Thats not enough amperage... A winch can pull crazy amounts. Winch needs 0 gauge wire... Even Harbor freight admits that they need big wire.

I wonder how much we are actually pulling in a typical situation. It’s not like we are trying to lift the truck off the ground, but then there’s the friction aspect of dragging across a rock or the suction of a mud pit.
