Good price, if they're good boards.

Some I've seen look no stronger than a plastic snow sled.

 

Was anybody else considering asking these fine people where we can find some butter around these parts?

 

In all these pictures I only see Tacoma's.
No 4Runners or Jeeps. Maybe that's why it didn't rain.

I didn't notice a brand listed. But, some of the off brand ones are less than that new. I think the ones that I have are somewhere between $100 and $150, and I think they are a decent alternative to Maxtrax. Maxtrax are a million dollars so 100 would be quite the steal.

Looking closer at the picture, they aren't Maxtrax. They look like the Maxsa boards I have, which I've been happy with. But, they're only $120, so $100 isn't exactly a huge bargain, especially if there's shipping on top of that.

FWIW, I've had these for over 5 years, and they've lived on my roof most of those summers. They're definitely fading in color, but haven't gotten brittle yet. I think they're a fine alternative to Maxtrax, especially for the price. The only real downside I can think of is that they don't stack together as tightly.

Ya. I'm not sure his voice or memory is.
That guy was singing off a teleprompter back in the 90's.

I saw him once in early 2000's at Alpine with a couple different bands.
I wouldn't go out of my way to see him but in town, I would.

 

That's what me and the boy like to do, but I wouldn't want to lead 4 other Tacoma's down some of our heavily congested trails, with no outlets and little to no turnarounds.
