Took the long way home after working on camp bikes. Was good to get some dirt time. Came across eight women walking the road miles from nowhere. Odd. Didn't stop... (slowed down though so I didn't blast them with dust and rocks.)

I love that you got the reference. For those that didn't, you need to put 'O Brother, Where Art Thou' at the top of your movie watch list because it's a work of cinematic, comedic and musical genius.

 

It appears I owe the state of Illinois $20 for tolls.

 

Now I'm waiting for @Pixeltim to photoshop those girls approaching the Ute at a river crossing. Which happens all the time, I'm sure. @pearing is just too modest to take or share pics.

Duly noted! I have a list of movies I want to watch, and just added this.

I'm not sure what kind of trap those girls are setting, but I would certainly walk right into it.

 

Can't get musical genius out of no book. lol
I've seen the movie but I drank a lot then, so, probably just laughed at the funny parts while everything else went over my head.

 

I have added that movie to my list of what to watch while at work.

This reminds me; I have to pay some tolls for Illinois and Florida.

 

The real entertainment is at the toll booths.

I pull up as the 3rd vehicle. The 1st is a semi cab without trailer. It appeared that he couldn't pay, didn't have payment, couldn't figure out the machine?
Who knows, but vehicle #2 was getting restless and started honking the horn. The guy muttered something. Got back in. Sat there. Opened the door and tried something else.
Vehicle #2 must have thought the guy didn't hear him the 1st time so he gave the horn another push.
Vehicle #1 Turns around, looks at me with a middle finger in the air, "f you mthr f'r"..........
So Vehicle #2 beeps again while he's flipping me off yelling, 'F you, mthr fr'..

Finally the gate went up.
Vehicle #2 proceeds to the toll payment. He also took a lengthly amount of time to the point where the car behind me starts beeping.......long story shorter, the tap and pay was wore out, the card swipe was wore out and the toll didn't take cash.
