So do I! I went in there with virgin paint and a 4 month old 4runner! I felt pretty dumb afterward.

Nice! Funny coincidence: I hadn't hand-waxed a car in about 15 years. I waxed the 4runner right before that trip. I took all kinds of pictures of it being so shiny, then I trashed it.

 

No one treats their Tacoma more like a pavement princess than me.

I’m the wax my truck every 3 weeks.

I got some very light pinstripes during our camping/trail trip.
It didn’t bother me.
My kids bike pedal hitting my door? That pisses me off. Also those co-workers who can’t park and door ding me! The light trail rash?.. I took it pretty well.

The best mod I installed was the cb which made me able to listen to the hilarious trail ride /convoy chatter on our group trip last month!

and a MOD I’ve used dozens of times with my truck sitting in my driveway. The bottle opener.


I have bed lights so its easy to locate the bottle opener at night!

I may be a alcoholic but it’s been a lifesaver.

 

That’s the problems with pictures of hill climbed and boulders on trails. They never look like much in the pictures. I’ve climbed that hill. It was was a proper hill. The pics just can’t convey the angle.

 

Ha.. I went up it twice.

Once in reverse just for the group photo!

Also, what is this hating on Sport thread you referenced earlier? I've got an M/T that could teach those Friday threads yuppies a thing or two.... Lol

 

I drove up that hill on my own one day and tried for like a half hour to get a photo to suggest how badass I was. Just can’t be done.

And the group photo the rock looks even tamer. I drove down the proper pipeline rocky hill and was nervous the whole time banging up my skids and LCAs and the pics look like a bland ol dirt road.
