A coworker and I went to Tigerton ATV/OHV Park on Sunday. Was really good way to test out my new tires and to play in the dirt a little!

Is that a good place to go play then? How intense does it get? Are there any silly requirements to get in?

It looks like a cool place. You must join RL4WD to get in there with a truck. I think there are other off-road park in the Midwest that are public.

Got all new fab guys at SOS, owner is still a POS though. Can't recommend.

RCI make rock solid armor. I'm using all of their stuff front to back :D

Got a buyout offer right when stuff hit the fan. He took it and high tailed it out of the bizz. Can't blame him, between a rock and a hard place.

More than likely the Mobtown stuff will be back next year in some way shape or form. Unknown about quality/design/availability though

The only requirement was valid insurance and to pay $25. I didn't have to join anything and due to how late it is in the season they didn't even require an inspection. I just checked off a bunch of stuff on the "inspection" sheet they gave me. I didn't get too serious but it does look like things could get pretty serious if you want! some nice rocks, mud pits and trails.

Relentless Fab hybrid bumper, 2.5” Dobinsons IMS lift, RCI skids and sliders, block heater. Painted FJ Steelies. Was trying to keep it stock, now slowly building for the Wisconsin trails.
Rims were $70 each and the center caps were $40 each. Bought both off Ebay. The rims run $120 new. The ones I bought said they were used but looked like they were never mounted

That's what I'm here for, the mods and the gear.
I'll buy that can from you. Will it be enough for the truck or should I buy another as well? Also, anything I need to do to prep my truck for this?

    ok
    It’s yours!

One can will be more than enough. You will have enough to spray your pop up camper!

Im going to do a undercarriage wash and a touchless car wash. I’m going to remove my spare tires the night before.

I also thought about applying a super light coat of Carnauba wax.
If it’s windy the spray mist may go everywhere!

    Lol

I know RL4wd members got rights to use the park when it was not open to the public. That was part of their hook for paying the membership fee. You still needed to pay for access but they were the only vehicles allowed. Covid may have changed that? Not sure.
Josh Wendt is the co-ambassador of the new Glacial lake 4x4. He previously was in RL4wd and he had a pop up tent in the garage at Beadlockers talking about their group and their access to that place.

    Lol!
He’s also the same guy that told me the pipeline trails were closed even when I told him I called the Forest Ranger office in Rhinelander to confirm it was open last year. I’m sure he meant that some areas are closed.

FYI, always say “up north” and not “Pipeline” on a Wisconsin FB page! Lol

A few years ago I wanted to help with trail cleanup in the pipeline area after seeing a post on fb about their upcoming events. I was told you needed to be a member (pay a yearly fee) to join in any activity. Never needed to be a member of anything to donate my time to any organization.

This is exactly the kind of BS that turns me off to that group. They seem more interested in exclusive access to trails for their own members than trying to maintain and create opportunities for enthusiasts in general.

I'll stick with the Wisconsin Tacomas + friends crew.
