I think about 6 weeks would make me happy.

Then I would have time to get out west. Right now I have to spread 80 hours out over 3 weeks. And, I would really like to take one more real vacation every year. And, more 4 day weekends.

When my ex worked at the bank, should had something like 180 or 200 hours.

We work 4 10's so off on Fridays + 3 weeks vacation. I don't think any amount of vacation is enough!

We usually do this as well. It's one huge benefit to this job.

I have 4+ weeks but I have been there for 27 years now.

I usually end up burning a bunch of the previous years time in Jan-Feb to get down to what they pay out for unused.:anonymous:

Whats this going home you speak of?
I was talking to a coworker about roof top tents recently and he mentioned that I could just camp out in the parking lot every night.:annoyed:

For next year I want to focus on getting away more.:fingerscrossed:

Not unnecessary at all. In fact totally needed. All the bed stiffeners that don’t go up to the highest bolt in the bed like the TC ones do are missing the point. I wouldn’t recommend the Victory ones personally.

I can tell you from experience, the top of the bed is where all the separation and cracking happens in the Tacoma beds and the TC ones are one of the few that go all the way up.

Ps camping in the bed… no need for the stiffeners. Camper shell with roof rack or bed rack with RTT, bed stiffeners 100% needed. It’s about the weight on top of the bed sides.

I have a set of Total Chaos stiffeners that I sell you for $35. They were on my 2018 for 2 years before getting my 2020. I just have a softopper now and don't need them. I'll get some pictures if your interested, I'll have to dig them out.

Good to know. I’ll still likely get them for extra tie down points and the possibility of a future RTT. Also peace of mind.
Where are you located for these?

There's always TW express as well. I'll be heading from Milwaukee to the Pipeline and back tomorrow. I can pass through Sheboygan depending which route I take.

I’m located in FDL so not sure if that’s practical or not.

@bro_beans the only thing missing is 6 5/16-18 nylock nuts. Also each has a spot where the powder coat is lifting (last picture) but easy fix with some touch up paint.
