I’m all the way east on 6 mile.. 2 blocks from da lake! I’m leaving at 7am..can meet at corner connection bar on 6 mile/32

My buddy is on 4-1/2 mile a few blocks from the lake. I can try to get loaded quick and meet you at CC shortly after 7.

I’ll watch for it next time 6 mile is closed and need to take the detour

Yeah every time I go down there there's a new detour or something. My company is starting a big freezer job on 4 mile right off the frontage road so I might be down that way a lot over the next few months.

I just found out the pinecone Deforest is not owned by the pinecone in Johnson creek. Hope it’s still good. I guess we will find out Saturday!

 

My brother and I had breakfast there a few years ago. I definitely didn't go in there with the intention of buying any bakery, but I couldn't help myself. I thought it was good

I also now miss my Atv. Trails every where...
Atv trail crossing!!!!oh north woods .. almost makes me want to buy a cabin.... almost till I saw how much they jumped in value..

 

Soooo beautiful! My Tacoma was "born" in Appleton, but now lives in Los Angeles. I love Wisconsin! Have fun.

 

My uncle owned a resort up on Arbor Vitae Lake. 12 cabins or so. I just remember sitting on the dock watching ducklings swim by and boom a musky would eat one. I know people that would slow troll a tennis ball stuffed with hotdogs!
Good times. It’s where I learned how to drive the boat! Stories how they’d carve ice out of the lake and have the horses draw it out. Ice harvesting. Plus his office was just musky, Bass and pike . Plus the half dozen deer mounts. It was awesome.

 

Got mandated for a shift tonight, so I may be a bit late. My girlfriend and I will either meet yall at the pinecone or at new glarus depending on how busy we get tonight.
