Not as impressive as the other spreads so far, but here was my first ever thanksgiving for 2. It was a combination of what I thought was required for a proper thanksgiving, and what I had handy.

I'll tell you what, though; the mashed potatoes were fucking good! I found a nice recipe on YouTube, while I was looking for ideas. Russets and gold's, cream and butter, fucking yum!

Where's the canned cranberry? It is Midwest tradition/law to have that

    Damn, good catch!

I was wondering if anyone would notice that!

In all of my scrambling, I forgot it. It sits on the counter, unopened. I thought about opening it after the fact, but I might just save it for tomorrow, with leftovers.

And, no BS, the canned stuff is my favorite cranberry sauce. I think they're gross in their natural state.

Looks like bacon wrapped stuffed chicken breasts or maybe turkey breast slices. Yum!

And, a piece of pumpkin pie, with a "dab" of whipped cream to finish the night properly. I can actually hear myself getting fatter. :D

I have to say; it's very good pie! Like, so good I might have a second slice. :anonymous:

To be fair, it's a small pie.

It could happen. But, I should probably go to bed before it does.

I'd probably have some kickass dreams if I had an entire pumpkin pie (and 3/4 of a can of cranberry sauce ) rattling around in my belly.
