Anyone in WI selling a 17" spare wheel? Could be 4Runner, FJ Cruiser or Tacoma wheel. I have 275 / 70 / R17 on the truck, but with the stock 16" spare and looking to update to something that is the same size.

You have to drive halfway across Iowa just for a McChicken

Have you been to iowa? You are never more than 10 miles from a McChicken

    Another picture at Point Detour.

Heading south on the trial from there, you're on pavement for 20 minutes or so. Then it's the typical sand, gravel and dirt roads. There were a bunch of side roads that looked like they could have been interesting, but I didn't look around much. We made it to Drummond and then headed straight back to our cabin for dinner. I might try to check out the rest of what I haven't seen if we get a rainy day.

Pic of the 4Runner just because. :)

I’ll hold back my jealousy and instead say what an awesome looking place. How much time you have to explore up there?

Dont forget to stop by Bayfield for the whitefish livers!! Yum!

We're here until Sunday morning. We're staying on the Chippewa Flowage not having much luck fishing. I must say that Treeland Resort has been great so far! Nice cabin, and good food at the restaurant.

Point Detour is definitely a cool spot! I'm thinking of camping there on a Friday this summer and putzing around the following day working my way down to the Clam Lake area. Maybe camp at Day Lake or somewhere in the area, and driving home on Sunday. Could be a fun weekend.

I forgot about the livers! I'm curious, but I don't know if we'll be getting back up that way this week.

Sounds like Bayfield needs to become the destination for the Northern Twat run. Get one of them restaurants to fry up a big ole tub of them for everyone to have. Lol.

I'll have to try one if we can find a place that serves them. It still sounds wrong to me, but I didn't think I'd like sushi, either. :)

I think mid-late July would be good for this trip.

Did you do any good? And, how many times did you forget you were towing a boat?. :)

First fish of the year wasn't bad. Missed some and caught a few more small ones. The kendas hooked up great in the muck at the boat landing

Another great looking spot! I love northern Wisconsin! If I won the lottery, I would spend at least a few summers exploring and camping up there. :)
