I was surprised how well the fluid film held up after 5 years sandwiched between the sliders and frame. Pristine.

That's amazing! Nice when a product lives up to the claims.

In other news, went to farm & fleet with the intention of buying one thing...ended up leaving with seven things.

I'm sure none of you can relate to this.

I visit the one in Oconomowoc frequently. Yesterday I went there to get some Turtle Wax, and left with a garden hose, spray nozzle, 2 shirts, Turtle Wax, and microfiber towels.

I made the mistake of checking out the snack aisle. But damn, the jerky quality and price are hard to beat.

This is what I ended up with using a sheet of 3/8" plywood, carpet runner and patience. Made a section that lifts out to access the underseat storage. Since this picture there is now a subwoofer box occupying most of it:D

Sooo, I had a slow leak going on in my rear passenger tire.

Apparently, a rock got wedged between the brake and the wheel during my recent beach shenanigans. I actually remember hearing a grinding noise at one point, but it stopped on its own and I didn't think anything of it.

I'm guessing that it spun around when it finally popped loose and caused this indentation and a pinhole leak. It made a pretty good groove in the wheel as well.

It's been moved to spare duty for the time being. I'm going to look into getting the wheel repaired, if the damage isn't too bad.

The snack aisle is hard to avoid. Chocolate covered peanuts are my weakness.

Well it's obvious...this is the sign to go to 37s.

Also, PSA to clean your engine bay - mine was nasty after the last pipeline trip, so just finished a partial detail.

    Photo for your pleasure.

    :hattip:

There's still grime further in, but it's good enough - didn't feel like spending more than an hour or so.
