Definitely missed that part lol, when I noticed the one missing, I checked the rest and I was able to put at least a half turn on all of them :bananadead:

This is now added to my preflight checklist

Tundy rack install complete. I replaced the PS pump while I was at it with one for the 4Runner, then had to get creative connecting the high pressure to the tundra rack. I used the HP line off a second gen taco due to the o-ring fitting at the rack, where the 4Runner uses a compression type. The taco line has a narrower banjo than the 4Runner one, so I needed a shorter union bolt to attach it to the pump, along with a narrower double washer thing to get it all to hold pressure. I got it rigged up at first without the shorter bolt, using a stack of washers, but it was ghetto.

Almost have everything else I am knocking out complete as well: tranny cooler, new spindles and double shear outer, modified taco tie rods to accept the tundra boots, ARP wheel studs, new front calipers and pads, and SS brake lines. Waiting on my shocks to come back from cerakote and we will be ready to party.

Looking good! Better get some pics of it airborne! @SilverGhost has been a let down recently with his fancy mall crawler.

They came out well! Digging the refresh. I have some cool stickers to put on the resis, but where I had to put the mounts doesn't leave enough room between the clamps.

I swapped to Durobumps from the Wheelers in the process as well, which were working fine but this set was starting to separate again. I left the spacers the same, I will find out this weekend if they compress the same.

I also decided not to install the SS brake lines I had, I wasn't happy with the routing as it was kinking way too much for my liking after my last set of SS lines cracked on the trail. If I decide to swap them out if the future, I am going to run a full line from the caliper to the frame.

Welded resi brackets to the UCA gussets. I had them just hose clamped to the UCA gusset previously, but wanted to keep my nice newly coated resis from getting scratched up.

    Boo!

Are they the short or long King stickers? You could put them on under the clamps.

    Well that's shitty.

Surprised you haven't tried to make hydros work at this point. I might order some for the rear on my truck after that superbump fucked off.

Shitty indeed, I emailed them and will see what they say, but might just throw my spare set of supers back on regardless. I did have one really hard hit right in a hole I didn't see at the end of this last trip on the side of the one cracked that felt weird, and may have been either it blowing up or the shock bottoming out.

That may be the next step, but I definitely see the drawbacks with the leverage ratio going on and them being engaged for most of the travel. Bypasses with an even shittier lower profile bump would probably be the best solution, but I don't want to deal with another shock at this time.

Honestly I didn't really feel any difference between the duros and supers, the duros are lower profile and I was able to remove some spacers that I was using with the supers, which I was hoping would improve flex, but I have no way to see or verify that.

A little carnage from this weekend’s jaunt though the hills. First got a flat in a not ideal spot, but could have been worse as I had just gotten up a hairy, loose, rocky climb. Catastrophic multiple slashes to the inner sidewall that I got to change in running water.
