WTF! My lights are STILL fogging! I took them off AGAIN, sealed them up AGAIN, and they still fog. Am I missing something or what? ALL edges are sealed with butyl and silicone, all gromets and washers are in place. They were allowed ample time to cure, but they are still fogging, WTF!

Hate to say it guys... But when I had fogging with my first headlights.. I had to take them out, bake them, and completely take them apart.. I let them sit inside, in the sun for almost two days to guarantee they would be dry. Then baked them again, sealed, and siliconed with silicone II. Let them cure for about a half a day, then install. No problems after that. I did the same thing this time and no fogging either.

On another note, my light pattern Is weird with mine. They are aligned and straight as I can get them, but thr right output on the bottom (where it hits the ground) is off on the drivers side. It doesn't throw down as much light as the passenger.

Yes, I heated it with a heat gun a little to strech it over the plug, the pluged it in. IDK where to go from here other than start over AGAIN :frusty:.
But the lights are great, cut off great, out put great, fog......not great.

To qualify for the group buy you would have to get a stage III kit from trs. That would include everything you would need to do the retro.
