Got a pretty serious wobble from 45-65. The truck came with raceline beadlocks and Toyo tires open country. Tires are pretty new.
I don’t know anything about the brand raceline, but I was thinking
Maybe they just won’t balance correctly?
    Haven’t taken it anywhere yet

If you have true beadlocks, you will need to check the torque on the bolts frequently

Wobble in the steering? At that speed, almost guaranteed it's tire imbalance (specifically a dynamic imbalance). Some tire places (I guess due to customer complaints about "unsightly" weights) put weights only on one side of the wheel (generally the inside) which might fix a static imbalance, but can actually worsen dynamic imbalance.
Having beadlock wheels shouldn't prevent you from balancing them correctly, but the possibility is there you might have some visible weights somewhere on them after a proper balancing (stick-on weights, most likely).
