recently got my tires rotated and am now noticing a significant wobble/shake in the steering wheel and cab at speeds above 60mph. I looked at the wheels and noticed one had a good dent in it, there is rust in the spot so I don’t think it was the recent tire rotation that caused this. Just wondering if this dent (driver side rear) is enough to cause a wobble or if I need to check out other things. Thanks!

If it were on the front maybe not so noticeable? I really never noticed it before my last tire rotation?

In either event I would replace that wheel ASAP.

you have a few options, either send it out to a rim shop to fix it, or just buy a new from the junkyard. you can also just keep that bent rim in the back and you wont get a shaking in the steering wheel

And you still feel the shake? Does the steering go back and forth when driving over 30mph

I notice it at around 60 and above. It a back and forth sort of wobble. Feels similar to losing a wheel balance, but I'm not sure if that's what it is or if it is this dented rim, or if it would be something else....wheel bearing?

If it's in the steering wheel, it's not the wheel on the back.

    Have your tires balanced.

Looks like I am missing a couple weights, I pulled off those stupid chrome wheel covers and noticed what looked like one missing from two different wheels. I’ll take it to the tire shop and report back, thanks!
