Wobble/vibration? (45 - 55 mph only)

2011 TRD OR V6 Auto. Currently running 265/70/16 winters on original steel wheels.

Between 45 and 55 mph the truck has a distinct vibration that almost feels more like an up and down wobble. No noise associated with it other than it making the whole truck shake/wobble (more of an up down shake/wobble than a side to side wobble).

Doesn't matter if I'm coasting, cruising or accelerating. But always happens between those speeds. Once Im over 55mph the wobble goes away. I don't feel it shake/wobble below 45mph.

I was wondering if it was the carrier bearing having play in it, but it doesn't wiggle around very much and looks to be in good shape. Greased the U joints on the drive shaft this past summer and haven't driven it that much since then.

Has anyone else has experienced this type of wobble/shaking at these speeds?

I guess it could be a PreRunner with OR package?
But I was just guessing it was a 4x4 based off TRD OR.

Thanks for all the input, everyone!

    To follow up:

    - yes it's a 4x4. I haven't noticed it in 4x4 but I'm usually not going more than 45 mph with 4x4 engaged.
    - might try rotating the tires but I don't drive it that much so I'll probably just wait another 6 weeks until I take the winters off and I'll see if the wobble continues with my all terrains/summer wheels.
    - it could be that the winter tires/wheels need to re-balanced.

Had this exact issue but from 65 to 70. Warped front rotors, it was the last thing I expected. Might be worth checking out.

I rotated tires recently and one rear came up front for the first time since it took a rock or log sideswipe, hard enough to gouge the bead rim and knock off the center cap. I never felt anything funny before.

It suddenly had a passenger drift. I switched the driver and passenger tires and then no drift, but it developed a slight wobble around 45 mph. I then switched it with a rear tire and it again drives straight as an arrow and no wobble.

I am having the subject tire rebalanced and keep it in the rear.

My front brakes are probably due for service later this year. If changing back to my AT tires and summer wheels doesn't fix the issue I will try swapping out the pads and rotors.

Check you DS ujoints. A few years back, I had a similar situation, vibe between 50-55 ended up being a bad ujoint. Went under and shook the DS and noticed one joint with lots of play. Any speed above or below that speed has no vibe.
