Woman on Cell Phone in 1928 Movie??

She's calling her time travel agent... bitching about her accommodations and her unexpected 6 hour lay over in 1945 Hiroshima.

Time Traveler? Really?

The hearing aide idea sounds a little more legit. With the way those things were designed, she could be speaking into it to make sure she could hear herself.

 

i think people are just mentioning the only two known forms of cell phone communication. most phones use towers but satellite phones do exist, they're just expensive. however, i have a different theory. i watch alot of movies and tv so i think i can explain this.

yes, from what i can tell from movies, this woman is most likely a time traveler. one thing i have learned is that the explanation is never simple, if it were, it would be a boring movie. so that leads me to believe she is in fact, a time traveler (or possibly an alien). now, like i said, i watch a lot of movies, so i dont always understand the science behind stuff, but i can always tell you how things work. this particular cell phone probably uses tachyon particles.... or something. those tachyons then travel through the space time continuum via an EM pulse wormhole. the neutrons are then collectively particalized into electrons. the newly particalized electrons are then absorbed by osmosis by the bio-neural matrix. the sub cortex processor chip then translates the particles, or whatever, into binary code. the 1's and 0's in the binary code are then assigned letters at random. those letters have inverse corresponding colors. That is how it is possible to communicate through time. unfortunately, the words all come out as a bunch or random colors, but whatever. movie technology is amazing.

 

How do we know it's her first stop?

Even if it was time trouble and she somehow did have signal and could call someone..who the hell would she be calling? The future?
