How did the 5100s hurt you? If you pair them with a good coil they are a very good lift option. If you are you using them to "preload" your factory coils I can sort of see where your coming from. The ride will be a bit stiff up front.

so many options depending on budget. hit up marie over @HeadStrong Off-Road she can school ya a bit,

    Front options
    spacers, no, dont do that
5100's with stock coils, set on a setting above zero. will give you a little lift but preload your coils a bit, may hinder ride quality, although many do it and like it
5100's with new lift coils, many heights offered. OME 884 2", 885 2.5" , 887 3". if you get into the ~2.5" lift, you will likely want new upper control arms to get your alignment back, keep it at 2" or so, you should be fine with OEM UCAs.

    Rear
Single add a leaf, not bad, I did this for a while, gets you about 2" I think. May need new rear shocks as well
progressive AAL, its a 3 leaf AAL pack, better ride than single AAL
New leaf pack, like OME Dakar of Allpro pack. Great ride, more load carrying without squat

I did use the 5100's with oem coils. But, raising the coil mounts to get lift... in any situation would cause preload, right? Seriously asking.

I ended uo going with longer struts, longer springs that are wider in diameter, thicker metal, and 275 over, with more coils.

I went from 5100s with stock coils set at the 1.75" setting to 5100s with 885 coils. The 885s yielded the same lift with a softer ride. In retrospect, it wasn't a justifiable improvement for the money. That is , of course, for MY uses.

When you raise the coil seat on the 5100s to a setting other than 0, you are preloading the coil.
