Wordle - and other fun, addicting word games.

I got very fortunate in that I could only think of 2 words that would fit and the one I chose was correct, there goes all my luck for the rest of the month

 

I could really use a day where my 2 is the only 2 but that doesn't seem to happen.

 

I haven't even started, so I might be in the same boat as you.

 

Seriously, I’ve never been in such a field of yellow. This one was frustrating. After so many yellows, simple logic of what letters can’t go in certain spots is what gave the word away.

I have no clue how so many of you guys got this in such few guesses. It’s far from a common word.

 

In my case, it just so happened that the opening word I used was essentially the right word with inverted letters. Would've been difficult if not for that.

 

After my third try I had all the letters, but just couldn't see the word. Even when I had it - 3 letters were set as to where they went - I couldn't get the last 2 to make sense. Then I just said eff it and entered the word. Sometimes your brain can see a word but won't believe it is a word.

 

Three today haven’t played in weeks ,boy am I SMART

blanked on my first word but got lucky with 2nd word and eliminated letters

 

Man, I couldn’t catch a break on this one

 

Damn, whiffed my first two words - no green or yellow. Third guess got me 3 yellows. Looks like it's going to be an unusual word? We'll see...

I used all the vowels but one in the first two words. Wouldn't you know it, the one I didn't use... you know if you've solved it.
