I try to use the some of the Wheel of Fortune letters - RSTLNE - but A comes up a lot. Usually SOARE, STARE, PAIRS, etc. Although S doesn't seem to start many words. Just try to get as many vowels used in the first 2 words.

I lucked out on today's game and got three green in the first - all common letters. But I had a hell of a time coming up with any words that fit what was left.

 

I sometimes use Stare and stair and then follow up with money or mound if I don’t get any letters.

Finally got today's...with a five. Only to relzise I somehow forgot to submit yesterday's. Dang.

 

I use ROAST, CHINE, or PHONE usually. Based on nothing, really. Sometimes just use whatever five letter word lands in my head that day.

I have some go-to second guesses as well but there are a lot more of them.

 

My first guess for dandy was handy. I got 4 of 5 though so hey whatever. Handy to the rescue.

 

Don’t switch tomorrow, they will choose irate and it will make you ITATE for switching and not getting it in 1!

 

I would argue the legitimacy of todays word being an actual word.

 

I thought the same, my wife laughed at me (she got it in 3 )

Unsolved today. Lol. Wtf? Wasn't even that tough of a word.

 

Well… this was a lot harder than it should have been.
