    Hello All,
I have A 2023 Tacoma and have the buzzing issue and the same response from the dealership (no help).
Been through all the hoops with dealership, and Toyota tech, that acknowledge problem.
Last week I received an email from the dealer that they think they have a work around.
Below is what I received from the dealer:
Through all of the testing, they have not yet determined a hardware failure. However, iOS 15 introduced something called "Voice Isolation" and "Wide Spectrum" modes which will change the microphone input via the phone's software. The one common thing between all of the affected cars that they have tested is that Android phones do not have the problem on the same vehicle, which diagnostically would rule out a hardware component.
When you are on a phone call, swipe down from the right upper corner and at the top, you'll see an orange icon for Microphone. If you tap that, turn on Voice Isolation mode. Of the tested vehicles, this "resolves" the buzzing on the opposite end. So, that's why I am labeling this as a *POTENTIAL* interference resolution and not a "fix", because Apple's software setting directly affects the way the microphone behaves.

I have made the change on my phone and seems to have addressed the issue, although this seems more to be a work around rather than a fix, much improvement because Toyota doesn’t seem to intrested in finding the root cause.

    Hope this works for you.

    Gary
