Try looking on the KBR (Kellogg Brown and Root) website, they do most of the contract work over here.

Most jobs here pay well, your first $80,000 is tax free and a few benefits.

Im at Balad right now. I have a few months left. I think KBR would be the best place to start looking. They have jobs all over not just Iraq. Let me know what you find out.

Try looking for jobs in Qatar. Its a nice place and some of the Civs get to live in downtown Doha. I think the bus drivers on base make about 60k plus its a 3 beer a night base.

I've had several old Ranger buddies work for MVM, Black Water and Tripple Canopy. All were tier 1 or 2. They were all doing private security work though. MVM is supposed to be a pretty good company. Hate to sound inappropriate but is that you in your avatar?

LOL just have your head on straight before you commit to a tour. Some people have a tough time adjusting, if you can keep yourself entertained you will be fine.
