    ^^ werd.

Today with squats I was doing sets of 50. First was body weight, then I used a 27lb bar and did 50, then I did 2 sets of 25 thrusters with the 27lb bar. I am doing low box squats.

Push ups I do sets till failure, then rest for around 20-30 seconds and do another set to failure. Haven't figured out the best sit up option yet. Dips have been on a chair with my feet on the ground, going all the way till my butt touches and hands shoulder width apart...sets of 15-20. As time goes on I will do sets of bar dips.

I have been switching up the push ups between incline, flat and decline push ups just to work the different area's, so far its felt great.

I'm taking a mini break. Sit-ups and drinking booze last night flipped my stomach over. No booze this month that's for sure

I could do it. I don't drink for my own personal fix. I socially drink when people can convince me to go out. I honestly really don't enjoy drinking haha

Since i have to get ready for soccer season ill have to follow all this stuff up with a 2 mile jog. 4 miles is what i would normally run,for the sake of seeing my progress + these exercises.

This makes more since to work out starting in Feb. to June. For vacationing. Because you can show off your body when it gets hotter and the ladies will like it:cool:. When its cold you have more clothes on it covers up the look your trying to achieve.

i think it makes more since to work out during the winter... say you want to work on your build because you have to much "love" one summer. then the following summer you will surprise everyone with it. then alll you have to do it maintain it rather than work for it.

oh yeah thats right didnt think about that. I tried to work out but it seems like every time i start doing push ups for 2 or 3 weeks straight i get sick. So i stopped until i got over it, then i started back doing push ups then i got sick again so i tried one more time and done the same thing so I stopped. I must be allergic to working out. lol

Finally all done! Well, I suppose since everyone else is posting up pics, I'll put one up too. I'm recovering from blowing out my shoulder a month ago, and it shows :( But I gotta be a good sport and play along too

use a chair for your dips very easy, it wont be as hard as using the actual thing in the gym but it works
