    ok did 25 dips. using a coffee table. lol (pretty good i guess considering i have never really done them) did 26 sit up’s that number will grow fast! but :( i have not done like any in 6 to 8 weeks and it shows! i use to be able to do 80 to 100. that was last year. i do real good for 2 to 3 months then i slack off a bit. i should be back to those numbers in like 6 to 8 weeks if i keep this up! and i did 40 air squats.

    so right now
    sit up’s=26
    dips=25
    air squats=40
    push up’s=19

    all those number will grow every 2 or 3 days.

    lol my audio was off when i put that up haha, but it does take a little while to get back at using your muscles, i took a month ad a half off from the gym when i hurt my back.

    and i opted for doing bicycles instead of sit ups this go round, yes i counted one leg only, 200 total. I fractured my tailbone a few years ago and cant do sit ups with out a mat under me even on carpet :(

    I have them, they're kinda cool. What do you intend to use them for? I use mine for in and around the lake. Great for that. Running, they will beat the fuck out of you. Imagine getting your foot slapped by a fly swatted every time your foot hits the ground.

    Side note, just got done with my.workout today. Went much better than yesterday!
