    I did my first set of 30 out of 50 push ups. the first 20 were okay. the last 7 was better than yesterday. I drank some water and walked outside for a quick breather before wrapping up. I did 15 straight outside. o_O outside felt ALOT better than doing it in my house. Gonna test it tomorrow and see if these results continue. Onto the Sit-ups! :woot:

    Sorry guys, I've been failing the past 2 days but I haz excuses. Legit ones. A mountain yesterday (11 miles round trip to 13,300 ft and a 2 hour P90X/Insanity style work out this morning. I did crunches, push ups, squats, box jumps, burpee's planks, forward and reverse bear crawls, high knees, jumps squats etc....I'm counting that as a day worth of the challenge lol!

    true haha i can feel that ive done push ups but its not like a true "sore". but after days i work my arms at the gym and do this stuff, my shoulders are hating life haha

    My chest hates life after chest day...lol fuckin hurts the next day after chest day cuz I do the push ups first then my benches..am I retarded?

    My arms and quads are sore after the pushups and sit-ups for awhile then it goes away. I sleep a little bit easier now. I have also gained .6 pounds of "something" since working out 3 days ago. :woot:

    no i did my squats before doing legs today, i usually do half my push ups before i do bench and stuff. half before half after makes a great warm up and cool down

    Today went better than the last 3. Push-ups are getting better. Straining around 42-50. other than that everything else is good to go. My upper body could be better, being a soccer player my lower body is good, just need refining. LETS GET BUFF! :cool:
