500 is a lot man...Better to keep it at 100 and practice perfect form then sacrifice quality for quantity. You'll get better results with better form then you will with 500 a day.

I used to do 1000 a day for situps and crunches.... found that 20 bicycles, rowers and leg lifts are better than just a bazillion crunches

I didn't really do the challenge today but here's what I did do:

Started off with 30 seconds of burpee's followed by 30 seconds of jumping jacks, straight into 30 seconds of jump squats, to 30 more seconds of jumping jacks, into 30 seconds of high knees, ending with 30 seconds of jumping jacks.

    Rest a few minutes.

40 seconds push ups, 20 seconds pull ups x4

    Rest a few minutes.

Close hand position push ups on the smith machine set at the lowest setting (lower pecs mostly) to failure transition straight into body weight rows, did this x3.

Ended with a few sets of sit ups to failure and a few sets on the ab machine to failure and a few sets of laying leg raises on a bench into reverse crunch. Iz duz feelz good.
