Well I've gained about 12 pounds during this time.

I've seen great improvements in my overall muscular endurance.

    i.e.

IM GETTING BUFF!!!! Almost. lol slightly larger and toned would be the better phrase to use.

Thanks! i gained about 10 out of 12 of those pounds in the first 2 1/2 weeks. I think the weight gain is slowing down now.

I hope everyone else is enjoying the success hard work brings. :D

Me too. I have to pound TONS of protein to make the scale at all. Spent a month eating 8 meals a day, gained 2.5 lbs (negligible)

I say we have a October challenge with different exercises

Well the stuff we think of has to be something that everyone can do, so nothing that requires anything expensive if that makes any sense.

    How about this:

1 rep = 7 push ups, then 7 sit ups and then finishing with 7 air squats

see how many reps you can do in 10 minutes. Do it twice a week at your digression, try and beat your previous number.

And with the sit ups, shove your feet under something like a couch (like how a partner would hold your feet) and a towel under your tail bone.

something like this? Or do you guys want something different?

    Or maybe crossfit pyramids

    if you choose 10
then you have to do 10 pushups, then 10 situps
    then 9 pushups, 9 situps
then 8 pushups, 8 situps yada yada yada until you reach 1, then you go back up
    1 pushup, 1 situp,
    2 pushups......etc

and for legs have pyramids with squats / calf raises
