I must say I have been slacking this past week. I came down with a serious cold...but today I did awesome! Pull ups with a 40 lb BD.

 

You fancy huh? no thats freaking legit, ive been slacking to school work about quadroupled in the past week and i might have to pay 1200 dollars back (which i dont have) because financial aid fucked up, so ive been dealing with that. Can you say stressed?

 

That's fucking lame. I should go fight on the side, along with my day job.

I put 35 lbs in my LBV once..and that...was difficult.

 

Someone want to mail me a 30lbs body vest to train in?

 

Uhm...a few, like 5-6 sets to failure, which at the beginning was like 10, then it immediately went to 5-6 before failure. I was doing all different grips too, close grip with palms facing, standard grip, behind the head, and close grip chin ups palms facing me.

 

I've got a 25 lb'er. I'm keeping it though

 

Nice! I could only finish 3-4 sets before failure.

 

I can do around 20 or so fresh standard pull ups with no weight. I figured it was about time to raise the bar.

That looks fun. But you need to add pull ups in there too. And do it for time.

 

Well 15-1 of pull ups, bar dips, bar L leg raises and push ups.

i would but idk how sturdy the doorways are in my apartment for my pull up bar. The walls are paper thin to say the least, you can hear EVERYTHING. im down to try pullups when on gym days tho

 

So could someone repeat what Exactly we're going to be doing? Wayy too lazy to look right now.
