    i think i need to do leg raises with this one to, i kind of have the top 6 abs...but when you get to numbers 7 and 8.... its like a cliff hanger haha

    true that, my rule is school first, so if i have to pull an all nighter or a late night then i forgo it for that time or try to make it up when i have extra time.

    so 10 pushups, 10 situps pyramid down to 0 then back up to 10 (depending on what number you choose. Situps can be switched for leg lifts/rowers/bicycles)

    pyramid as in 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10

    Then some leg workouts, using the pyramid system (i.e squats then calf raises)

    yeah it sucks my room mates and I have only been making it to the gym like 2-3 times a week...this should be better though since i can do it in the room

    yep thats what i have haha except one of my triangle ones is really small like my ribs are blocking it from actually forming, which makes everything off set like a dam tetris game :(:(

    WTF!!! I just weighed myself and weighed in at 157. :mad:


    I also haven't been eating that good. Letting myself go hungry sometimes for the sake of staying in school and doing homework/studying.

    That is probably whats hurting me. SHIT I gotta get back on the ball and not let myself go hungry anymore. FUCKING RIDICULOUS!

    On another note, I can get 30 dips straight on the power tower, just hanging there. I have dumbbells with 38 lbs that I could barely do 12 reps military press at the beginning of the month, and I can now do 16 straight though. :cool:

    I really don't see a fuckin difference. Although on the last week of Sept I was slacking a bit due to some tests/studying.

    I take no responsibility :anonymous:but i think my tris got maybe a little bigger? maybe they are just more defined. I think my shoulders got bigger to. My dumbbell bench went up tho, i use to have my last set be at 75, and now im getting 80's. its only 5lbs, but its improvements :D

    studying definitely got in the way when it was test time. Going home and seeing my gf did as well. Im not complaining about going to see her by any means tho :D this long distance stuff sucks :(

    I did pushup pyramid yesterday almost no problem (1 set).

    Today i had to study math and haul some stuff away all day so no workout for me today.

    I also lost 3 pounds :eek:
