i can only do 10 a set but it also depends on how many sets your doing and when you do them in your work out.

if i try doing even one at the end before i leave the gym, that is a no go haha

When I do about 40 pushups my muscles dont feel like they burning. I just get tired and run out of air, i breath when i do push ups and everything but i just dont feel my muscles burn. When i get to 40 and start coming back up i get so weak i can hardly get up out of the floor. Also my arms feel light and feel like noodles

Make sure you keep your entire body rigid, look straight ahead, and when you lower yourself make sure your elbows "break the plane", or pass your back- then come all the way back up so that your elbows lock

Havent been working out. I dont have any weights all I do is push ups.
today lifted this heavy metal thing that you put garden soil in and it has steel bars going across to heat up the soil. the other day it caught on fire at school in the green house so my buddy put the fire out and pulled the plug. Anyway me and 3 other guys had to lift it and get all the soil out and move it. So i lifted it and had my back bent a little in a standing up position and I twisted and hurt it. Went and got x rays done I twisted my vertabrea. Just trying to find out ways to build up my back while at home and with out wieghts. Im doing some push ups to I move my hands closer together while doing them.

extended motion situps are the only thing that comes to mind when i think about lower back exercises, like inclined situps without a back rest

lay on the floor face down with your arms by your sides and have someone hold your feet, or wedge them under something like a couch. Then lift try and lift your chest off the ground and do reps of that. Basically a reverse situp

But with vertebrae issues, that could hurt A LOT and possibly make it worse, have you gotten realigned yet? or are you going to physical therapy?

I cant remember what it's called, not a reverse situp though.

these pyramids combined with gym, and I'm up 5 lbs so far...

PT made me lose 15 lbs, so I'm trying to gain that back.

FASTER, STRONGER (I hope... my 2 mile needs to stay down!)
