    Sorry guys my bad, to be honest i completely forgot about this toward the end of October and before I new it it was mid November :eek:. My anatomy class was kicking my butt. Its only a 3 unit class but she gives 7 or 8 units of work :mad::mad:

    Do you guys want to do something over winter break?

    I feel you, I thought about playing rugby again because my back has been feeling almost good enough, but I haven't trained like I need to in for ever. Pain tolerance will be a big one to build back up as well

    I'm down to do something, I told myself I would be rocking a 6 pack by Christmas....I got 16 days :cool:

    You kind of need some gym equipment to do a few of the exercises, I've been looking at a few others as well.

    and I was thinking about the 350 as well. My last final is Thursday morning. I'm going to put it on my phone and hit the gym after that and start this. Hopefully I still have my pull up bar.

    Well last work out challenge (along with a few other things) kind of put me on crutches for a while....:p

    Basically my hamstrings were threatening to pop off from my femur in my hip maybe im not meant to play rugby anymore lol.

    But today was my first day of actually walking on my own for a full day and it felt pretty good! I'm down though, might have to town it down a little in the legs...

    Have any preferences if you still want to do something? I will be dumbing it down for sure but I'll give something a try. My body is quite the disgrace right now :anonymous:.
