Workout Challenge!

all that stuff is expensive, i thought about going back on muscle milk and a creatine, id get pretty big then just cause of the extra calories. im one of those cool non meat eaters for anyone who doesnt know

im Down! ill do 50 to start off. Im about 145lbs. Soccer starts in a couple months so it'll help that im in good shape to start the season off.

 

I'll give it a shot. Been meaning to get back into shape. I'm skinny as shit. (Most of the time it works out great though) 5'4" 130lb I think. I'm going to do 90x and break it up into three parts a day.

I eat lots of meat!! Chicken, turkey, burgers, beef etc. Beef is like a huge part of my diet! Gotta eat meat to gain meat....if that makes sense lol

 

ya...true that for the gaining weight thing. I eat SO much and i dont gain jack shit lol when im home my parents buy the real nice veggy burgers and brots. the brots alone have almost 350 calories in each them . that will put meat on your bones

I hear ya man, back in high school I was a skinny fucker. around 125 lbs. People who haven't seen me in years (from the high school years) are always like DAMN, you gained some weight!
