    my bad haha and idk thats a good point, crossed my mind the other day, but i cant say if we actually can tell besides the before and after pics if people posted one up. i guess we can post up our progress :notsure:


    but i mean if people are not going to keep there word and actually do it, that is kind of lame. we should just remind them that santa is always watching :rolleyes:

    but do you guys have thoughts on this?

    i think if we kept the thread up this next month itll keep people reminded.. i guessing maybe half the people who signed up keep up the whole month. i could be wrong but this is usually how things go. you do it for a week then say ahh ill do it later, before you know, youre 3 days behind

    ya i was going to keep this up and see how everyone is doing thought out the month. I do expect some drops, some because or reasons out of anyones control or because any soreness that does develop starts to affect work and stuff. But all that is understandable, props to everyone for at least trying it :thumbsup:

    my gf already started haha, she is like that tho. she works 2 jobs, goes to school, plays soccer and runs like 4 miles a day :eek:
