    tint, dents, scratches, two blown speakers and trying to pay her off...
    when i would run this summer (had an office job and would get off and have to burn some energy) i would listen to Magnolia Electric Company, the live Trails and Errors album. . . not super upbeat, but had a good steady rhythm to pace myself to. check it out.
