    Creatine naturally produced in the body helps support or induces ATP synthesis. ATP which is made of sugar and other things is part of the reason your muscle contracts. While you are working out, ATP is broken down into ADP and phosphate which creates energy. Creatine helps convert ADP back into ATP which is where the extra 1 or 2 reps come from or the few strides in running.

    Used as a supplement you are essentially creating a storage for later use. The reason someone said you get a pump from it is because it contains L-arginine which is a vasodialator(spelling). You must drink a lot of water while taking creatine because it has to be processed by your liver and kidneys...so while your veins are are transporting that water alot of it is absorbed into your muscles since they are made of i think 85% water and well molecules bind...theres your answer BRAH
