Now that you guys got the sand out, answer my question:

When you take creatine, do you take it straight (powder/pill) or flavored mix? Also do the sales pitches for increased absorption/transmission really work?

    Here's MY experience:
I used to take it In powder form as liquid is absorbed faster (?) but would get bloated and headaches. Last year I started kre-alkalyn (purple pills) by EFX. No bloating, no headaches, and kept strength relatively high during prep. If u go this route male sure you are on liver care and then liver fix after the cycle.

Liver care supports your liver function and liver cell integrity. Liver fix, detoxifies the liver (?) and also supports a healthy liver.
On a side note, I apparently wasn't taking enough of both and have had ALT counts all fugged up. Take the support a few times a day and cycle the kre-alkalyn.

Perhaps; when I'm using my phone I'm not as careful as I should be with grammar.

Would you recommend a creatine supplement for someone like myself, that is building more endurance? Say for instance if I only took it two times a week, after my hardest work outs?

Honestly, I'm not sure if it builds endurance(?) but, if you do take it take 1 am and 1 pm on your off days. On your weight training days take 1 pre-workout and 1 post-workout.

I did two cock push ups before my PT test this morning!

edit: motivated me to run a 13:39 2 mile. A minute an 9 seconds from my goal...guess I should do more cock push ups.

question, you can pm the answer if you want, when training for high endurance/strength is it best to have a set routine of IE x amount weight 3 sets of 10, or 5sets of 5, 3 set of 15??? ect... or bump up the weight each week and go to failure?

mainly for a firefighter agility test but i wanna add muscle mass at the same time, i eat and sleep appropriately for muscles to actually recover, and also do a crossfit style routine tues thurs and fri

10 sets of 10 compound exercise, then 3 sets of 10 isolation. No need to go to failure unless its abs or core. Being your size and weight, failure is not gonna help with mass.

If you're doing 5x5 you should be doing heavy weights and pumping the weight up each week. You can bump the weight up with 10x10 as well but after about 6 weeks of the 10x10 you'll cut back to 6x10 with higher weights.

Or continue with crossfit, only more times per week.

What endurance are you looking for to better yourself for the test? Cardio endurance? Muscular endurance?

I noticed you said agility, think stretching also.

When doing ab workouts on machines, is it better to use a small or moderate amount of weight and do alot of reps or heavy weight with a few reps (8-10)?

Moderate weight x high rep for core strength. Heavy weight x moderate rep for size.

Don't forget to mix in hanging leg raises, knees to elbows etc for core and lower abs being as most ab machines just work the upper abs area.
